How can i insert on an email the sent date?

I want to send an email and then to insert the sending date

{{system.date}}, style it as needed.  Note that you don't have control over the formatting (i.e. today is Jan 10, 2013).

If you want to control the formatting, create a text My Token in your program and add the send date as you'd like it to appear.
