how can I create user with same email address to multiple sandboxes.

Hi,
I have a marketo login for one marketing instance  where I use my email address as login. Now I want use the same email address in another marketo instance.But marketo does not have two separate fields for email and username.
Can you please help me how do I manage this ?

You will need an email alias.

That is just a  pointer set at email server, say alias arun_2@company.com is an alternative mailbox name for arun@company.com. Please note an alias is not a separate or new email address.
