Higher Ed User Roles and Permissions

Would love to hear some examples of how your University is adminstrating Marketo from a user/roles perspective?

For example, do your admins/power users come from Marketing/Admissions? Or does IT own the tool and build out the campaigns/programs, and Marketing simply supplies the strategy and content?

Hi Eric,

I have a few clients in the higher ed space.  I typically see admissions owning Marketo and IT supporting technical needs (e.g. CRM integrations).  There is usually power admin in admissions who has some support either from coordinators or from student interns.  IT doesn't get involved very often.
