Help with Set Up of Landing Pages and Email Templates

Good afternoon,

My company and I are new to Marketo and are still trying to get the software set up. In the Getting Started with Marketo training, Section 7.1, it sates to go to the form on this page and enter personal info then enter sample URL from our company website. Where do I find the form on this page section to which they are referring?
