I just sent a fairly small email- it had 78 members. I just pulled the report and it said 48/48 emails were sent successfully....I am really confused- why is it 48 and not 78? where are those 30 and how can I see which one's they are?? I checked and my smart list is member of list person in and then the list name. I also confirmed the calculation of 78 prior to the send. Any insight someone might have is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Hey Brienne Edmonds - have you performed any checks to see whether members of the list were mailable? This would be the most immediately likely cause.
You can create a smart list with the rules "is member of list X, and not was delivered email Y", which will show you who on the list has been skipped. You can add/remove criteria to this list to help determine the cause here, e.g. "and unsubscribed = true" or "and marketing suspended = true".
