So whenever there's an update to the Marketo software, do the tutorials get updated as well? Or is there at least a little blurb that on copy that tells you that something on the instructional video has been enhanced and gives you a link to the Help Article.
Hi Cheryl. When I switched compaines and started to implement Marketo at my new company, I went to set up my Revenue Modeler. I discovered that this isn't something that is free to everyone now. But the documentation in the Community still reads as if everyone has access to build at least one revenue modeler, regardless of if you have RCA.
Not sure who is in charge of documentation but wanted to pass that feedback on.
With every release, we update the Help Articles or create new Help articles. It all depends on the feature. For new features, we also have a tab to the left called "New Release". After the upgrade, this tab is updated with the new features and links to the help articles.
Videos will only get updated if the new feature or change affects them.
