Is the Headstart option only available in the Email Program? What about the Event or Default Programs?
Only Email Programs, yes. In previous instances where we had significant issues with processing time/Smart List size for normal Smart Campaign sends, we actually had a campaign add anyone who met the list criteria to a Static List a number of hours before the email was schedule to go out. That smart list then became what was referenced in the SC that ultimately sent the email.
