Hi,
we have spotted a connection problem with GoToWebinar - Failed API connection 403 and later also error 411
The problem that we can't re-login properly (it shows error 500). When we choose the option only SAVE - connection works for a few minutes and then broke again.
We didn't change credentials or membership on GTW.

I'm experiencing the exact same issue and error. Following this thread in hopes there is a solution found soon!
Same issue - reached out to Marketo support and they said that engineering was working on a fix.
