We are hosting a large webinar tomorrow. The registration worked fine until from 4/8/2014 through 4/16/2014. But, we just noticed more than 200 people have registered since the 16th that are not being accounted in GTW.

Their "Change Program Status" is "Invited" - "Registration Error".

Any idea why these aren't flowing properly to GTW? No settings have been changed in either program since we launched the event earlier this month.

Victoria, just so I know since I saw a similar issue today and when I reviewed the activity logs everything was fine except that they had "Registration Error" as their progression step, did Support just have you change their program status to Registered which pushed them into GTW? I also looked in our event connector and there were no errors showing. Thanks!
