Getting Granular in SFDC Tasks

Ok so I have a flow setup that is based on qualifying behavior for an MQL. Combination of score, who a person is and what they last did. Right now there is no way (that I know of) to make custom SFDC task names based on the last actvity so it looks something generic like 'this person is qualified so you should reach out' which is helpful but not really. Im getting into the weeds here on thinking about this.

- So would I clone my MQL qualifier campaign for each activity (seems nutso)?
- I was thinking of pulling last interesting moment as a filter but it's not possible (you can only reference if they ever had one but not the last one for some reason).

Ideas? Thanks!

Re: Getting Granular in SFDC Tasks

Could I create a token for interesting moment and insert in task subject line? If so, how do I create the token? Have not found a useful knowledge article yet...

Re: Getting Granular in SFDC Tasks

How is this different than what was discussed here? It sounds like the only difference is you're putting the token into the task vs field in SFDC:

Re: Getting Granular in SFDC Tasks

You are so right! 🙂 But I cannot figure out how to create a token and then find it to insert/reference in the task creation section. I ended up cloning and making a smart campaign fro every scenario to manully insert text in task subject. Then made sure members could not be a member of the other smart campaign.

Re: Getting Granular in SFDC Tasks

Do you find that your team is able to to keep up with all of the open tasks? I've had a problem with this in the past and therefore usualy don't recommend it - and instead form a "status" that lead goes into with an attached SLA.

Re: Getting Granular in SFDC Tasks

That is why Im trying to manipulate the task subject so they can sort through them. SLAs are not going to work in my case (Im working on this later this year but not quite there yet). By a new status, are you suggesting a new Lead Status? Im trying to envision all the status's you could possibly have....

Re: Getting Granular in SFDC Tasks

Here is a discussion from the past that's related where I answered your question:

You can tell I'm a super geek because instead of answering the questions directly I insist on pointing to other past answers - twice in this thread alone!!
