getLeadChanges does not return Unsubscribed emails

getLeadChanges  does not return Unsubscribed emails.
It is working fine for rest of the activity types (e.g. email bounces, sent ,opens click etc)

we have around 95 unsubsribes in the system. 
(Note- we imported these unsubcribes in system through list import)

Looks like this API doesn't return unsubscibes imported through a list. It only return the unsubscribes where recpients have unsubscribed themselves using unsubscribe form.  Well that makes sense as this the puspose of this API call is to return the activity of a lead.

In the program status all the leads status was changed to unsubscribe by mistake. How do we change status back to pending or invited

If we try changing it manually, it give an error in activity log "skipped cannot change to a previous status"

Progression status moves forward only. It is necessary to set one flow step to reset to "Not in Program" and then a new step to advance to pending or invited.
