Hello, Is there way to incorporate geo-personalization within the emails we build? For example, in any given campaign if a lead lives in San Francisco, we would want the banner to be a picture of Golden Gate Bridge, however if the lead lives in New York, we would want the banner in the email be a picture of the Empire State Building. Can this be within one email in a campaign? If so, how?

You could leverage segmentations for this and then for each segment, you would use a different image and/or content. Just build a new segmentation based on their city, for example. Start here to learn more: Understanding Dynamic Content - Marketo Docs - Product Docs
There are two ways to do this, first as above, make the email dynamic using segmentation. This is done on the left side of the edit email pane. If you have lots and lots of segments though this can become unmanageable. So for cases where there are too many segments, i use email scripting. Email scripting uses logic to parse through all of the iterations and apply the right content to your user. You can find a description here: developers.marketo.com
