Forms on Non-Marketo Landing Page

Hi, 

We are trying to geta form that is not on a Marketo landing page to work. 

When setting up the form, we have selected that once someone completes it it should refer to an external URL. 

However, when testing it, it doesn't work. 

We've copied in the code and the form is displaying; it's just not working correctly. 

Any ideas?
