Forms 2.0 & DemandBase

Hi,
We are a new DemandBase customer and attempted to use Forms 2.0 with an DemandBase script embedded on the LP.  This does not work.  It appears that Forms 2.0 generates a dynmic form and so DemandBase doesn't know where to post the values returned from the call to their IP Address DB.

Is there anyone out there using demandbase with a possible idea on how to leverage Forms 2.0 without using the Demandbase functionality?
 

Marketo - do you have any fix in the works to address this issue. I opened a ticket but was directed to reach out to the community for help.

It seems odd that the issue would be that it is a dynamic form. Have you tried working with Demandbase to reslove this since they are the ones integrating with Marketo? Also, you may want to explore http://demandbaselabs.com/ 

We are also exploring Demandbase, so let us know if you get this resloved.
