Form Shifts in IE 9

I have created my landing page and works perfectly in Chrome however in IE 9 it shifts on the page and the images are misplaced?

Thanks for the reply Jeff, I would love to but I currently cant as its a internal corporate site. The main problem is an the Form 2.0 as it has a different size in IE and moves down longer on the screen than in any of the other browsers
