Form Help Text Doesn't Appear inside Fields using Chrome and Safari

I am using a Marketo form on one of my non-Marketo landing pages, and I'm having trouble getting the help text inside two of the fields to show up correctly. It shows up fine in Firefox, but not Chrome or Safari. Any ideas why?

Hi Katie,

Do you have any -webkit or moz specific CSS in your page?  This would explain the difference in behavior.
