In training, I remember the instructor taught that we can create a lead form, and then be able to identify the source the leads that come in through that form, depending on where the form appears. Can anyone lead me in the right direction to do that?

You can use a "hidden field" in your form and pass the lead source through a UTM parameter.

use "fills out form" trigger or "filled out form" filter and add a "web page" constraint. The limit is that it will only for Marketo LP's, not for embedded forms.
