Form 2.0 embedded on non-Marketo landing page

I am trying to use the same form 2.0 for multiple landing pages.  We are not building the landing pages in MKTO due to the responsive design restrictons of the landing page editor.

But of course, it's not going to be possible for me to now create a URL with parameters to populate hidden fields on that form with parameters e.g. the form is being used for a variety of adword camapigns where the cta is to download a piece of content and I wanted to use that value to determine the follow up email with that piece of content.

Any ideas how I can achieve this given I can't use the URL builder?

Try Referrer Parameter to populate the hidden field.
