Dear all,
per the doc (Create a Custom Dynamics Sync Filter - Marketo Docs - Product Docs), if we want to filter the sync with MSD, we have to create fields which name has to be new_synctomkto. But is may happen that the field prefix is different and that the field name is prefix_synctomkto, whatever the prefix is in the MSD instance and IT being reluctant to have the prefix changed even for 1 field.
Is it possible to have Support change this and accept another field name ?

No, it's not going to work if you have it vary at all; it will just sync everything over. It's relatively easy for your CRM admin to swap the prefix; there's even instructions on the docs site, I think. If not, they can find it with a quick Google search.
