Filtering for activities that took place x days ago

All, 

I am setting up a recurring daily campaign targeting people who took an action 3 days ago. I only want people who took the action 3 days ago, not in the last 3 days etc. How would I set this up given that the filters don't seem to have such an option?

Hi Neil,

Could you use the filter "Days since last update or activity"? This would obviously only work if you hadn't updated the record in that time frame either...
