Filter out leads by SFDC lead queues

Hi Everyone,

Looks like what I need is not possible but I still would like to make sure.

Is it possible to filter out leads in Smart List by SFDC queue?

Thanks,
Anton

That works well for a one-off scenario, but unless you build additional logic to move leads out of that campaign when the lead owner changes then it will not stay up to date!

I found that the easiest way to achieve my goal is creating a separate SFDC Campaign and route all leads owned by a certain queue into there. Then use that SFDC Campaign to filter out leads in Marketo.

Anyway thanks for ideas!

Yeah, that would probably be the best solution. Thanks again!

Got it. In this case could you add another SalesForce field like product interest to define the queue?

Thank you, Mark.
I needed to be more specific. Your suggestion, as far as I understand, will filter out ALL queues, not just a certain one. While I need to filter out a certain queue.

What object would that field be in?? Wouldn't it need to be in both lead and contact for Marketo to see it?

You can also create a new field in SFDC to store the QUeue name (trigger to update queue name whenever a lead owner changes to a queue)is assigned to the so then you can actual see which queue to filter.

use two filters together to build a smart list that will define members of all lead queues:

1. "SFDC type" = IS NOT EMPTY
2. "lead owner email address" = IS EMPTY...

...then just say "NOT A MEMBER" of that smart list.
