My company runs direct mail as part of our lead nurturing programs, sent in a timed cadence with email. Ex. Day 1 Email, Day 5 Direct Mail, Day 7 Email, Day 15 Direct Mail etc. In our prior automation software we had an option of making the "offer" a csv export of leads from the workflow (smart list). This export them automatically every day as new leads qualified, and stamped their history as recieving a direct mail peice.
I am now migrating all of our nurturing campaigns over to Marketo, but have not found a way to export these daily lists of who is ready to recieve a DM peice, and have it marked on their history that they recieved it.
Any ideas?
