I just attempted to send my first email using a Smart List. When I looked in the Run History in the campaign, I found an error message: "Failed while initializing the campaign membership, more leads qualified for the campaign than the allowable..." The rest is cut off. Help?
Hey Susan, If you go in the Schedule tab of the Smart Campaign, there is a setting to abort the campaign if it exceeds a certain amount of leads. Edit the settings here to either remove or increase that limit and you Smart Campaign sohuld run just fine.
This limit can also be modified globally in Admin ---> Smart Campaign
