Engagement: what if I DO want leads to receive same content more than once?

Hi Community--

What if I do want a lead to receive the same content?

The use case here is that we have an "Unqualified Nurture" track, whereafter if a lead completes it and does not achieve MQL status, then the lead is placed on hold for 30 days then re-entered into the same Unqualified Nurture track.

There's probably a higher-level strategic approach to this issue but I'm sure there other examples of use cases where we would want to send the same content to a lead.

What is the best way to accomplish this in a manageable, scalable way?

I would suggest you have a clone of these emails for use in the Unqualified Nurture stream.  If the lead ends up in this stream then they will receive the content again.
