When trying to report on our Nurture stream emails, I'm getting inconsistencies with reporting types and I'm not sure why.
Here's an Email Performance Report selecting the two emails we've sent in the stream, thus far....
Here's the Engagement Performance Report...I've selected the nurture program only, the stream 1 only, and I tried just selecting the one email in the stream that's not showing up. In every one of those scenarios, our EM1 is not showing up in this report type.
Any ideas about what's going on?
Hi @yoshg - Have you checked to make sure no smart list filters are applied? It doesn't look like that should be affecting it, but just in case. You may want to reach out to support on this one.
