Engagement Programs < Nest Programs Inside or Pull from outside?

I have a question regarding engagement programs and best practices.

We use programs nested inside of our engagement programs. However, lately I've been thinking that it might be better to have our programs in applicable folders and simply pull them into whichever nurture program(s) they qualify for. My thinking is that this way it's easier to use content in multiple engagement programs without feeling as though the piece of content is tied exclusively to one engagement program.

Would like to hear how some of you guys handle this - thanks!

Absolutely. We exclusively have the programs in folders instead of within the engagement programs. They're much harder to deal with when nested actually within engagement programs, when you can have a folder that contains the nurture cast programs all the same.
