Email Templates editable in SFDC

Hello all,

Is it possible to make a Marketo template editable in SFDC? The template (once used) becomes available in SFDC, but cannot be modify for usage. Do I need to recreate it in SFDC?

Hi Soledad,

email templates cannot be made editable in SFDC. Saes insight emails can be edited in SFDC before being sent.

What are you intending to do here?

Yes, that answer my question.

I just believe that sending email via MSI is not very user friendly and wanted to use the standard SFDC email functionality which just takes ~3 clicks instead of ~8.

Hi again Soledad,

The problem with sending email with SFDC is that they are not sent by Marketo, so not tracked by Marketo for clicks and cookies will not be reconciled if people click the email.
