Email Suspended - 530 SMTP authentication is required.

Several of my contacts are marked as "Email Suspended" because "530 SMTP authentication is required."

What does this mean and how do I get around it?

Hi Monique,

The error is usual if you have enabled SMTP authentication, but the user has not configured his client to use SMTP authentication. Also, is there a chance that SPF/DKIM configuration has not been set up properly? - as that could be another reason which affects Email Deliverability.
