A few of my reps have noticed that their email signatures are being "stripped" when sending emails in Outlook using Marketo send/track. Images in the email signature are not being sent to the recipient (i.e. social media icons/links) and our company logo is just a link to the image.
This is happening on all emails in Outlook 2010 32bit. Is this a known issue and are there any steps we can take to make sure our signatures don't break when using Marketo in Outlook? One thought is that the email signature is only broken in the "preview" window in Marketo. I will do some testing, but just wanted to see if this is a known issue.
