Hello,
Last week I went to make updates to an email. When I opened the email I noticed my new content/text I had saved had reverted back to the original email I cloned. I signed onto Marketo from a different computer so I am not sure if that could have caused it to revert? Does anyone have insight on why this could have happened?
Thanks,

Was anyone else working on the same email and had it opened when you were making your changes. If they had it opened and then hit save when you had closed it, the old updates in their version would have been saved again.
No, no one else has access but me.
Hey Sara,
Can't tell you what happened but the Asset Audit trail in Admin should be able to.... Assuming you are an Admin, I would recommend going into the audit trails that are available in the Marketo Admin section. You can filter on this asset to see exactly when it was modified and by whom.
Audit trails never lie!
Sincerely,

Thank you for advice but nothing out of the ordinary showed up on the Audit trail.
Maybe file a ticket with Marketo support and see if they can track down the culprit. I've had them help me with this type of auditing in the past.
Hi,
I've experienced something very similar to this. I cloned the emails of a nurture program to another nurture program. Everything was fine a couple of weeks ago, but when I entered the program today, all of the emails had gone back to the original clone. This is a disaster. 11 emails setup with links, images, copy, CTA, you name it - gone! I'm ready to cry.
