We have a Nurture Campaign with 2 emails. The first email gets sent after someone visits a specific webpage, after a week of receiving the first email, the customer receives the second email in the Nurture campaign.
I created two separate Reports using the Local Asset > Report > Email Performance option. However, both of the reports are showing the first email even though one of the reports has a different name and has the second email selected. I have tried various ideas (unselecting the second email then re-selecting it, selecting both emails in one report) however, none of these ideas seem to solve my issue.
Appreciate any ideas anyone has on how to get the report for the 2nd email in the Nurture campaign.
have you double-checked that the email is actually going out? If sent is 0 it doesn't appear. I'd check a smart list that it's been sent. If not, then maybe call Support and ask for a Cache Clear
