Email Program not responding

I created a new email program and scheduled to be sent today. As you can see everything has been checked and my audience is there, but there is no data reported in my email performance report...not even how many emails actually sent, bounced, etc. It says the email has been sent but people on one of the smartlist (this list is internal) have told me they did not receive the email. I want to make sure that if the email was not sent out (for whatever reason) I can resend. I just don't want to send the same email again if it's already been sent out.

I've never had this problem before. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Hi,

For start, you can make a random check on the activity log of some of the leads and check if there is "email sent" line. Check on some people that told you they haven't got the mail, and on some leads you don't know. If there is no "email send" line, the best guess is that it wasn't sent.
