Email performance report - by individuals

We have the basic email performance report, showing sent, delivered, clicks, etc.

But is it possible to pull a single report listing all individual recipients with a breakdown of their actions?

Hey Zach,

Marketo's basic reporting functionality doesn't provide by person breakdowns - typically, reports are at the program/asset level and if you want to look at the person level, you want to be looking at smart lists or the members/results tabs of programs & smart campaigns.

You'd probably be best to pull member and/or smart campaign results tab data to piece together a view of this kind, but it'll likely require some post-download combining of sources if you want a granular single view of all activity - exactly how you combine or whether the members tab is enough detail will depend on what exactly you want to show.

Otherwise, you might be able to get the data you want using RCE - if you have it set up.

Hi Zach,

I'd recommend creating a smart list for each action that you would like to track, then exporting the members from each smart list. Or, for future tracking, set up triggered smart campaigns which track these actions in real time, then exporting the members when you are ready to compile your reporting.
