I have been asked to run a report for our European team on the frequency of email sends to individual leads and contacts in their sales territory.
I was reading documentation and saw that you can run the in advanced revenue cycle analytics that this report exists but can I run a report of this specificity in regular analytics?
Hey Murphy, unfortunately this won't be easy to get at in regular analytics. Your best bet might be to create a smart list with your criteria for the European sales territory, then do Was Sent Email, Email is any, and then use the constraint of minimum amount of times to comes up with the number of people who have received x amount of emails. You also probably want to put a time constraint so you could say that these 30 people received 6 emails in the past 2 weeks.. or whatever you want to try to say.
