EACCES error code from API

We are a partner that provides a data integration solution and one customer is seeing an error message that we have not seen before from Marketo's API. '

{ error: "EACCES, open '/home/deploy/bedrock_api/node_modules/easysoap/lib/../cache/101AKY122mktoapicomsoapmktows24WSDL'", errorCode: "500" }

Has anyone run in to this error before? If so, any ideas what it could be related to?

I have never seen.
I hink the error: "EACES" is Marketo server side error.
