Does Unsubscribe Show up in Test Sends?

I edited the "unsubscribe HTML" in the Admin-Email section and wanted to see how it looked inside an email so I use the "send sample" feature and sent a test to myself. However, there is no unsubscribe text at the bottom. Does anyone know if it's supposed to show up in test sends? Is there a setting somewhere I missed?

Yes the unsubscribe should show up in your test sends.

It shows up in the sample emails, unless someone has updated the code of the email to block it.
