It doesn't...There aren't any responsive landing page templates with forms....
The landing pages in http://templates.marketo.com/ are not responsive.

Because these are templates, the pages will have to be recreated.  You can use the same forms but they will need to be added to the page either through the embed code or as an iFrame.
