does Marketo offer a sandbox dev instance?
im looking for a dev instance of marketo (much like what salesforce offers with sandboxes. a non-production envrionment to test and turn things on without effecting the production environment

Yes - You can request access to one by contacting your success manager. The sandbox I use will send a maximum of 10 emails a day.
