Does anyone know if Marketo has the functionality to "cc" someone. I want to send an email that looks as if the email has been cc'ed. Is this possible without creating a new template?
Thanks for your response! We want to send an email that has a cc field that can be populated. This way when a new lead recieve the email and responds, they are responding to the person who was cc'ed.
It's a referral program so it's imporatnt to have that functionality so that it can create the lead and trigger the rest of the email series.
