Does anyone know How to integrate Marketo form to Jive community?

Happy new year! I'm sorry to revive this old thread, but I was hoping to get more info on the Jive/Marketo integration.

When I was over at Jive, I know that people registering for the community generated leads in Marketo. I'm hoping to achieve the same thing.

Are you taking your leads to a unique page that you could track in Marketo?

Yeah. They go to a page that has Marketo tracking on it right now.

We just wanted to have people who signed up for the community to have all their info synced into Marketo - create a new lead if need be. We also wanted preferences and profile info to sync over when they were changed in the community.
