Yes - I may not read everything intently - depends on what updates will effect our use most, but I notate my calendar and bookmark links to ensure I read through and am prepared for feature updates.
I do and I often wish there was more documentation. Like the recent release said "Content Analytics and Recommendations Export" is a new feature, but I'm not sure what area that's referring to. Is that for RTP?
