Delete Part of segmentation

We are modifying our segmentation rules and all would like to delete three of the rules that were once applied. There were 16 differnt segments- we have modified all 13 and would like to delete the 3 others that do not apply anymore. How can I do this without deleting the entire segment?

Try creating a draft of the segmentation, and selecting Segmentation Actions > Edit Segments. That should bring up a dialogue where you can delete segments:
