For anyone doing any email marketing to physicians, have you seen a decline in your click-to-open rate over the last few months? Our open rate is holding steady and even increasing in some instances, but our CTO has dipped a bit. I am wondering if this is an issue on our end or a trend in healthcare? Perhaps docs are going through information/pandemic overload and just don't have the bandwidth to click through to articles?
Hey Tori - Little late, but I want to say we definitely started to see a bit of a drop in Click to Open rates towards the back half of last year, nothing major, but a little dip for sure. I'd love to speculate based on things, but for now it is just a trend I will be monitoring.
