Date Wild Card?

Are there any 'wild cards' I can use when building a smart list?  For example, if I wanted to see everyone with a birthday of Nov. 11, what would I fill in for the YYYY?

As far as I'm aware, date wildcards don't currently exist, unless you use a Date Token in a Wait step as described here: http://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000L98KCAS


Perhaps creating an idea on the community for this would be a useful exercise, Jason, as I'm sure plenty of Marketo users would find a use for a smart list containing people with a certain birthday.
