Is it possible to add a date range to a Program Report? We need to report not just on overall historical totals of people running through a set of programs, but also the weekly totals of people being added to the program (it is triggered) and how many have reached the 'success' status. I've looked in Settings but can't see any way to add this filter in. If there isn't a way, can anyone share tips on any workarounds they have in place to acheive a siimilar goal?
On the program summary page, you can click on the "Membership" tab and see total members by status both historical and current. This won't solve the problem of looking at data by week but you can get a sense of the current snapshot.
Run a lead report and use the Smart List section to add filters Member of Program, constraint Acquired by = true and Lead was created filter in past 7 days. In your set up, group by leads was created in past 7 days too.
This should give you a lead report in the last 7 days that was acquired by that program only.
