Data Management Smart Campaign

i have a trigger smart campaign set as:
Data Value Changes
Attribute "Lead Status"
Previous Value: "Is" "(Lead-Closed (see notes), PROSPECT-Disqualified, LEAD-Disqualified"

Why is this being triggered on leads that did NOT have these as a previous value? I see this being triggered if the value was Null as well as other statuses too.

Hey Carrie,

Can you provide a screenshot of your Smart List and Flow? One idea would be to add the "New Value" constraint to tighten the qualification.
