Hi all - what are some data hygiene campaigns you run that you think others might not be thinking about? I'm looking to shed some names in the DB and could use the tips!

Look for first and last names with numbers in them.

Take a look at:

• Hard Bounces
• Non-buyers - focus on personas that are your buyer, not those that dont buy
• No email addresses
• General cleanup of firmographic information to give your campaigns some precision

Cant get rid of unsubscribes as you have to retain and manage those...but to minimize that, consider the ROI of a subscription preferences center.
