Creating a master email template

This post (Marketo Email Editor 2.0 – Insights you should know!refers to creating a master email template (#4) with all the modules included which you can hide/un-hide as needed. I might be missing something, but I can't see how to create/find a template with everything in it. Does anyone have a master email template they would be willing to share or give the steps to build one?

Hi Brad,

If you cannot develop internally, you will probably have to hire an agency to build it. I am not sure that any one would give this away for free
