Create smart filter on current program status

Hi there!

I'm trying to create a smart filter that restricts the recipients of an email to members of a program with a specific status at the time the campaign is scheduled to run. Is there a way to do this? I've tried to use "program status was changed" and "program status was not changed" but I can't figure out how to get them to work. They seem to be intended for a different usage.

Any help hear is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Hi Eric,

Have you looked at using "Member of Program" with the "Program Status" constraint? I think that is what you want.

I think I can help but could you please provide a more detailed explanation of what exactly you're trying to do?

I'm a little confused by why you're using "program status was changed" and not "Member of program > Add Constraint > Program status is..."

Are you trying to target leads that have (or have not) taken a certain action in one of your programs?
