We have been experiencing an issue where we are not able to populate Country field data from Marketo (Marketo activity log and the web hook call, all show success.) to Dynamics 365, after we switched to WEB SPI S25 Oauth method (Since the SOAP method will be deprecated). All other information gets ported over to D365, but country (we pass GUID from marketo flow step) and Business group field (alpha numeric with dash) doesn't.
We have checked all the rights and permission in d365 and also tried giving the user system admin rights, still the data don't port over.
We have created a support ticket and it is still not being solved. We have given the Marketo support all the logs that they require but still we are having delays.
For us, Country determines the routing and all our MQL's are blank without any assignment?
Any one with the same issue and have a solution or have an idea how to solve the issue is much appreciated!
